Clearly the best hotel to stay when visiting Monopoli. Well run by friendly, professional staff who are all most helpful. Location is great, wonderful seaside walk to the heart of the old town. A special thanks to Alessandra, who hosted a wonderful cooking class for us. She was so kind, patient, and knowledgeable - she truly taught us the art of cooking! It was such a lovely and unique experience to prepare, bake, and even take home what we made, along with the recipe as a keepsake 😉. Alessandra also gave us great local recommendations that made our stay even better. We truly loved every moment and will definitely come back!
