The property was warm and welcoming and the staff attentive and helpful. I arrived early and check in was facilitated by Faiz. Early check in was possible and the hotel kindly offered me an upgraded room. The upgraded room was fabulous. I would gladly stay here again.

The hotel practices environment friendly facilities eg- glass water bottles, bamboo based suite access cards etc which was very pleasant to witness. Location was right in the centre of town, made easy to commute around and had walkable access to mall too.
