We were a group of 70 people, and from the moment we arrived, the entire team showed incredible kindness, professionalism, and dedication. A special thank you to Ani, Sardela, Pageh, Ayu, Silvy, Nirma, Sangayu, Ery, Apri, and Dian, who were always available and attentive, making us feel not just like guests but truly special. The rooms are spacious, elegantly furnished, and meticulously cleaned, providing a true haven of comfort and relaxation. The breakfast is rich, varied, and made with fresh, high-quality ingredients—perfect for starting the day right. We also had the pleasure of dining at Mozzarella Restaurant, where both lunch and dinner were absolutely delicious, offering a great selection of dishes to satisfy every taste. The entire hotel is impeccably maintained, from the common areas to the pool, with every detail carefully looked after to ensure a top-tier experience. The rooms are nice and modern. The staff were professional, helpful and cheerful. The food was nice and the restaurants were awesome.

The Magani Hotel and Spa is located in between downtown Kuta and Legian area, a 3-minute walk from Kuta Beach. It offers a spa and outdoor swimming pool. Amazing location, staff more than helpful and just generally lovely people. Super clean and facilities were fantastic. Breakfast was delicious as was our dinner and we loved the drag queen show! Very lovely property and we’d definitely choose to stay here again!

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The breakfast was honestly the best I’ve had in all my travels. The staff were very polite and helpful, especially Selina who made everything even more special. We were celebrating our anniversary, and I had asked if they could prepare something for the room — the surprise they created left even me speechless. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was beautifully designed and spotlessly clean, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I especially loved the many lovely spots perfect for taking great photos – truly a dream! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, adding to the overall great atmosphere. Even though we arrived late at night, someone was immediately there to welcome us at the door. I also felt very safe throughout the stay, as there was always staff available. The location is also fantastic, with many cafes nearby. Plus, with a scooter, you're just 5 minutes away from the beach, cafes, restaurants, and clubs – everything is so easily accessible! Everything was perfect, and I’d love to come back. Thank you for such an amazing stay!😊
