Our room was huge, we had everything we needed, and the staff here were exceptional. They checked with us every day if we needed something. We only had a few requests but they tended to them immediately. The location was also perfect - outside of the busy center but super close to a bus stop, tram stop, and metro stop, with shops and restaurants within a 5 minute walk.

Mystery Hotel Budapest, Preferred Hotels & Resorts is a historically themed luxury hotel located in the 6th district in downtown Budapest, in an eclectic palace built in the 19th century. + Our room was spacious, airy and really well fitted. Having a toilet with no sink in it is a tad weird but nothing particularly uncomfortable. Noise levels are absolutely kept to a minimum, and the air conditioning is reliable. + The staff are absolutely great and definitely do their best to ensure guests have a great stay. We were even considering adding an extra night to our stay which would have been problematic since the place was almost booked out -- but the ladies at the reception still found a way to assist us. + The spa and the whole "hidden garden" concept is simply gorgeous and definitely adds to the overall charm of the places -- and there's certainly plenty of that! + Parking is at a rate of 25 EUR per day and is done off location via a valet - which is an easy enough approach to make sure guests don't have to worry about tight spaces, etc. Alternatively, street parking is also fairly easy and convenient.

The service was above expectations, the care of the staff, the breakfast, the cleanliness of the hotel. Everything was just perfect

Anantara New York Palace Budapest - A Leading Hotel of the World occupies an elegant 19th-century building in the heart of Budapest, close to the Opera and Andrássy Boulevard. The hotel and room design is great. The guest service was good, helpful, and friendly. Having a fitness center that is open all the time for the guest was good, and it was all prepared with towels and water to keep you hydrated :)! Location of the hotel is fairly good too, we had great time walking around the city from and back to the hotel. If you have a car, there is a vale service to park your car (with a fee for the parking per day) so this was helpful as well. Overall we had a great stay, thank you :)!

It is located in the plaza where the high-street shops are and a 7' walk from Chain Bridge. It is also a 9' walk from the Andrassy Avenue (luxury shops street) and Opera House. The Housekeeping Team was very attentive throughout the day, making our stay very relaxing and enjoyable.
