Mystery Hotel Budapest, Preferred Hotels & Resorts is a historically themed luxury hotel located in the 6th district in downtown Budapest, in an eclectic palace built in the 19th century. This 5-star hotel offers free WiFi and in-house spa and wellness area. Hungarian State Opera is 900 m away and St. Stephen's Basilica is a 15-minute walk from the hotel. Facilities exceeded our expectations, our room was compact but cozy and had everything we needed, good coffee machine, a welcome fruit plate and chocolates, and a nice mini bar with (not so expensive) snacks. The spa was everything we needed after a long day of walking around, we booked a massage which was amazing! Breakfast options are enough and tasty (the hall is very beautiful spot). The roof bar had nice cocktails and good dinner options.

Free WiFi is available throughout the hotel. The location was central to all main attractions, the rooms were spacious and comfy, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially Marta. Breakfast was delicious and the afternoon snacks during the hot afternoon was a nice addition.

A quiet garden in the courtyard invites all guests to relax. Free WiFi is available in the entire hotel. This is hands down the best hotel I have ever stayed at. It's small, curated, tasteful. The breakfast was out of this world. The staff was amazing. The spa was a slice of paradise. I can't wait to visit again.

We loved the location, we could walk everywhere. Dominic was very helpful with ideas for restaurants and things to do. We would definitely stay here again!
