The location is peaceful and away from the busy downtown..in the Botanical garden area with great views of the Black sea. The hotel is new and very comfortable. The front desk team was supportive and gave us an early check in. We booked the higher category rooms with sea views and big balconies. The rooms are so well designed and the AC is excellent. I must appreciate the Food was the highlight and was outstanding. They served excellent dishes and we ended up eating all Lunch & dinners at the hotel itself. The breakfast was included for Genius level 2 guest and was worth it. Will recommend the place. Special mention to the team there who were amazing. Angelica who found my lost wallet at poolside and handed it over to the front desk. The manager Ms. Mariam . The staff there Leban, Nika & Diana were amazing. Could not meet the chef but the food was excellent. You are doing a great job.

The building in which the hotel is located is situated near the beach, I had a very beautiful view on the city and sea from room. The room was on a high floor. Unfortunately I stayed only one night. I had private parking for the car. The staff was very kind and helpful. The price for the value was very good.

Looks exactly as in pictures, located right next to the beach and planes viewing point. Everything is new and clean, very cute and cozy rooms, breakfast is decent and is running until 14:00 which is convenient for those who likes to sleep in. Really really good value for its price. But the best thing is that the staff is very attentive, they went above and beyond to help me and all other guests with their needs and requests. Special thanks to Sergey and Boha, they’re the best. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to all my colleagues and friends, and will stay there myself every time when I visit Batumi.

As with the other Rooms properties that we had visited, this place was incredibly well-designed and luxuriously comfortable. We were upgraded to a truly spectacular room that we didn't want to leave. If I'm ever in Batumi again, I'll very much look forward to staying here.

It was really warm and we felt like home. Also, they have a babysitter in the kids' room. The food was super delicious. Zero mistakes.
