She was in touch even before we arrived, and her warm, attentive support continued throughout our visit. Thanks to her, we felt truly welcome and well taken care of. Highly recommend this resort for a fantastic family getaway!

Super clean, very nice breakfast, friendly professional staff, specially hotel manager Dalia who was very helpful and prompt when we had an issue with our room, accommodated the situation smoothly and professionally, Just mentioning this to show how good and professional they were, and didn't affect our stay at all. Nice location, close to the village.

We had a great stay at this hotel in Siwa. The staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and responsive. Thanks to them, we were able to organize two excursions. The room was comfortable, and although we had a few issues with the bathroom, everything was quickly taken care of once we mentioned it. The food was good, and the overall atmosphere very pleasant. The hotel is about 20 minutes from Siwa’s city center, but once you’re there, you’ll discover a beautiful, peaceful place — perfect for enjoying the area!
