Spacious with a jacuzzi, sauna and massage table and a big smart tv We were celebrating a special occasion and the staff went all out for us with room decorations and a small cake. Pool was nice for some relaxation and there was a pool table to help pass some time

I have stayed at other St. Regis hotels and so, I had high expectations. The Cairo hotel is superb. The quality of the bedding, the linens are the finest I have experienced as a seasoned traveller and someone well-versed in the business of linens. This is truly special as Egyptian cotton is the finest in the world, and it is nice the hotel put a focus on it. The breakfast is fantastic in the range and quality of offerings, the impeccable service provided by the staff, and, importantly the early and late hours it is open. I had room service which was top of the line in its selections and service. The facility, and rooms are gorgeous. No detail overlooked. The staff is polished, friendly, knowledgeable and eager to serve. Outstanding hotel in every respect.

The pick up from the airport was perfect, the check in staff we informative and kind and Abdo with the roof top restaurant was was the best waiter! Always there when you need him, attentive and kind. The rooms were great with everything in working order. The #1 reason for booking this hotel was the view of the Giza pyramid complex. The view was SPECTACULAR! But the reason we will book this location again in the future is the staff. They were better than excellent!

The Waldorf Astoria Cairo Heliopolis is the ideal destination for business travel and leisure escape. We truly enjoyed our stay at the hotel and will definitely come back during our next holiday. My husband had already visited the Waldorf in the Maldives, and we were very happy with the experience here in Cairo as well. The staff were incredibly friendly and always smiling, especially Abdallah (the lifeguard), Esraa, and Maryam, Nourhan,Nour ,who were waitresses at Ayda Restaurant — they were so kind and made our daughter feel very special. The Head Chef was amazing, and the food was absolutely delicious — everything was perfect and beyond our expectations. The reception team was very helpful, and housekeeping was outstanding.
