Set in an impressive building only 4.5 km from Quito’s historic centre, JW Marriott Quito features a spa, a swimming pool and a fitness centre. This is an exceptional hotel. The service and care is like no other. I would like to thank the staff for making it a memorable stay. The room was fabulous, large in size, had a bath and the l'occitane products were a lovely touch. The house keeping was excellent and care and thought went into every detail. I had views out the back onto the pool area. Breakfast was delicious with alot of choice and included an omlette stand. I would like to thank Fernando for taking care of me during breakfast time. The hotel has a beautiful foyer with alot of seating, fabulous decor and a grand piano.. My spa experience was wonderful. I really enjoyed using the facilities, especially the outside hot tub.

The 5-star Plaza Grande is on Plaza de la Independencia, Quito´s central square. Beautiful historic building, very cozy with spacious and warm rooms. Friendly and attentive staff. Perfect central location.

And a great view from the balcony. Dinner and breakfast at the restaurant were both excellent and I enjoyed a great conversation with Mamá Hilda after dinner and in the morning too. There are quite a lot of activities available to do in Chugchilán. I would have enjoyed to stay 2 or 3 nights there just to relax instead of only an overnight stay during the Quilotoa Loop.

A beautiful hotel which is on the edge of Old Town.it’s very stylish and has large comfortable bedrooms which are immaculate and are very quiet at night. Breakfast is wonderful and with excellent choice and is served in the central area. The highlight however was the staff who are very helpful, friendly and professional. We ate every night on the roof terrace, which was beautiful overlooking the skyline of Quito. Ponchos and heaters were a lovely addition and the food was amazing! The service was exceptional, Dino in particular made our stay memorable! He managed to anticipate all our needs and we loved every minute of our stay. A truly amazing hotel!

This incredible colonial-style hotel is located in Quito's San Francisco square and boasts panoramic views of the historic center from its terrace. Quito´s Basilica is 8 minutes driving. We had a beautiful room overlooking the square with two big windows with a big bathroom. We were able to check in a little early with no problem. We enjoyed the roof terrace and the views of Quito and had a drink there in the evening and also had a very nice meal at the restaurant at night. The breakfast was excellent, it was a buffet with a wide variety of hot and cold foods. It had a separate menu for specially cooked breakfasts. The staff were helpful and accomodating and it was a great location in the historic area which felt very safe.
