Located near the centre of Osorno and overlooking the city, this hotel offers accommodation with modern amenities, a gym and free WiFi access. Rooms at Sonesta Hotel Osorno feature a luxury décor. Due to airline flight reschedule, we arrived later than expected -- this was not an issue, as my reservation was still in place. Our room was very large, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was outstanding, with so many choices of what to eat as well as healthy eating choices. And when I asked for "cream" for my tea, I was given the real thing, not whole milk or half-and-half -- and they remembered this every subsequent morning!!! Such a wonderful consideration! The Manager came to our (Raquel) table, introduced herself and was always present as we were coming and going for our visits with our friends. The cleaning staff was a great help, especially with the repositioning of the shower head and how to reset the thermostat. This was also followed up almost immediately from what we assumed to be the floor manager to be certain that we were comfortable. My friend and I are "mobility impaired" and it was a very, very pleasant surprise to have such close personal attention paid to our needs., even at checkout. We have never had such positive personal attention paid to us at any hotel we have stayed in the past 15+ years. And the price quoted was the actual cost for our stay -- AMAZING! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

Menghadapi kawasan tepi pantai, Tawa Refugio del Puelo menawarkan penginapan 5-bintang di Puelo dan mempunyai taman, kawasan pantai peribadi dan teres. Everything was great! The location with river and mountain views is amazing. You have the most amazing view from your bed. The beds are comfortable, the room is beautifully designed, the bathroom is great. They have thought about many details that make the experience better. The hot tubs in the forest looking out onto the river were fun. The staff is very helpful and friendly, and the food is delicious. It’s not too big so it’s quiet and it doesn’t feel crowded or busy - a perfect place to relax. It was worth the drive and we were very pleasantly surprised to find such a beautiful and peaceful place in nature. We highly recommend it and we would go again and again.

Overall, I liked everything, the breakfast was really good, very tasty smoked fish for breakfast👌capsule coffee machine in the room, refrigerator, tea bag’s, large bed, good blanket, 4 pillows of different hardness. And the service is also good, they accepted my 2 deliveries from the store when I was not yet at the hotel. thank you! I didn't have time to use the spa and pool. Next time!
