Set on the shores of Llanquihue lake and boasting stunning lake and volcano views, the recently-built Hotel AWA offers luxurious accommodation with free WiFi access in Puerto Varas. Very much enjoyed the Awa. We were in a suite which was very comfortable and spacious. There were a few things that were not functional (the blinds) that needed to be fixed. Otherwise, the half board option was appropriate (same menu all the time for breakfast, lunch and dinner). We also had massages which were good. I’d recommend to others.

Absolutely wonderful front desk receptionist, Alejandra, and wonderful touches all around. We loved the views, the decorations for Christmas, and had an especially delightful breakfast.

Everything was on the highest level — from the comfort of the rooms to the professionalism and warmth of the team. From now on, we won’t be staying anywhere else. This hotel is located in the centre of Puerto Varas, in front of Lake Llanquihue, offering views of Osorno and Calbuco Volcanoes. It features luxurious accommodation, a spa and free Wi-Fi. Overall, I liked everything, the breakfast was really good, very tasty smoked fish for breakfast👌capsule coffee machine in the room, refrigerator, tea bag’s, large bed, good blanket, 4 pillows of different hardness. And the service is also good, they accepted my 2 deliveries from the store when I was not yet at the hotel. thank you! I didn't have time to use the spa and pool. Next time!

The Alma Del Lago Suite offers modern accommodation with panoramic views of Nahuel Huapi Lake and extensive spa facilities. It features a fine dining restaurant and wine bar. The room was fantastic. We were upgraded but it really was better than the more expensive room we had at the Llao Liao nearby. Really big comfy bed and with incredible views to the lake.

Enjoy Puerto Varas Hotel is located at Llanquihue Lake with spectacular views of the Osorno Volcano. It features a spa and a heated indoor swimming pool. Free parking on site. Loved my stay at this hotel. The room was large with lots of natural light and warm and cosy. The bed are super comfortable. Lovey big bathroom with nice products. Fridge in the room. The breakfast was fabulous. All the usual suspects and more. The bar with circular fire place was a standout for me. Very atmospheric and relaxing during a cold and rainy stay. Unfortunately due to the rainy weather and heavy cloud cover, I did not get to see the view of the volcano from the hotel. The decor of the hotel is very nice. Refined muted tones accented with local art, historic photographs and beautiful floral arrangements. Everything was super clean and tidy. Reception staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel is a short walk from the town CBD which has loads of restaurants, cafes, craft shops and lots of adventure shops. My friend used the indoor heated pool which she said was good.

Splendid views of the lake and mountains are available in this lodge, located only 100 metres from Gutierrez Lake. The property features an indoor and an outdoor pool, a fitness centre and a solarium.... Amazing views and good food! Staff were nice and professional
