Room was very clean and cosy. Comfort seemed to be thought through. Updated room was nice as we expected something older. Our room was very noise-proof, doors solid and quiet. We usually stay in 4-5 stars that have thin walls, heavy noisy doors that wake you when the neighbour comes and goes, etc.

the property actually exceeds my expectations as it is a 3 star hotel and relatively budget one, however it was very clean quiet, and seems to me like 5 stars (with no luxury items). Breakfast is OK, no hot meals, but more than enough. Also, Tim Hortons is just few steps away from the main gate which is very convenient in case you don't like the hotel's breakfast.

Really everything. The hotel is beautiful and romantic. Room was great, and well appointed. The bathroom was amazing. The bed was very comfortable. All the staff are friendly and willing to help. The food at the restaurant is great. A wonderful experience. Instagram worthy. A 5 star hotel. This will be my go to hotel when going to Ottawa from now on
