The grounds were beautiful and we adored finding all of the small surprises dotted around- a treehouse was probably the best surprise! We loved sitting up there with books and watching the sun go down over the river. The food was unbelievably yummy and we ate there everyday. Overall, it was an exceptional experience and I would recommend to anyone searching for a relaxing holiday, submerged in a glorious natural landscape.

The stuff was very friendly and helpful. Any time we needed to go somewhere they immidiately organised a taxi. Room was huge and with amazing view. The territory of the hotel is very green and relaxing. Everything was above our expectations.

With 2 swimming pools, spa facilities a casino and luxurious décor, live shows and rooms with hydromassage tubs and free Wi-Fi. Private parking is also free. Iguazu Falls are a 10-minute drive. The ambience and facilities. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Beautiful grounds and excellent gym, heated pool and jacuzzi.

Situated near the Selva Misionera forest, Exe Hotel Cataratas provides intense contact with nature, great swimming pools and several other leisure options. Contrary to the negative reviews, I had an excellent stay! The hotel is older, but very comfortable! It is filled with lots of beautiful wood door panels and other furniture. The room was spacious and spotless, the bed comfortable, and water was hot with good pressure. The bath towels were thick, but I did not receive hand towels. The taps are original, and were once elegant but didn’t work perfectly. The hallway carpets were loose from years of housekeeping carts rolling on them. The room had new wood laminate floors. There wasn’t no bad smell at all. There are several pools and they seemed clean, though I didn’t swim. Breakfast was excellent: hot foods, bread and pastries, full fruit trays, and hot and cold beverages. The location is on the main road, but not really close to downtown shops or restaurants. The hotel does have a restaurant/ dining room, though I only ate breakfast there. It is close to the animal rescue refuge Güira Oga and tourist stop La Aripuca. Though it isn’t exactly a five star hotel, it still boasts many features from its luxurious past.
