We had a premium room "level with view mountainside" on the 28th floor, sadly the weather was foggy and rainy, but still the view was lovely. I would book again if I get the chance to visit Hue in the future. The breakfast was also more than satisfying.

This was by far the best place we stayed in Vietnam. Everything was perfect. The food was excellent, from the complimentary breakfast (the "bun bo hue" was especially good) to the imperial 7-course dinner in traditional costume. The rooms were spectacularly decorated, and this hotel is perhaps the only place to stay in Hue which appropriately conveys the former majesty and grandeur of Imperial Vietnam at its height. While unfortunately for us it rained constantly for all 3 days we were in Hue, this hotel was so comfortable and perfect that this barely mattered once we returned from the city. Nonetheless, they lent us umbrellas, helped arrange taxis, and offered a complimentary 30 minute welcome package at the on-site spa. They also provide a complimentary range of Vietnamese New Years' treats and teas upon arrival. We loved every moment!

Everything was great about this hotel. The room was spacious, super comfortable bed, great separate shower and wash basins split by partitioning across half the room allowing space for bathroom use and refreshing yourself.

The location of the resort is an idyllic and authentic Vietnam experience. Highly recommend over other Vietnam locations that are touristy and overdeveloped. The resort itself is so beautiful, better in real life than in the photos. We had the most relaxing four days, it felt like two weeks. The villa was incredible, very large and well appointed. The spa was the highlight for us. I’ve never been to an overwater day spa, it was breath taking. We enjoyed many well priced and high quality treatments and complementary yoga. The two pools and surrounds were beautiful. There are many activities to do if you feel like getting out and about. The restaurant was good quality. We cannot fault a single staff member. They all go above and beyond to make your stay a memorable one, especially Ms Cristy. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making us feel like royalty. Book your stay here, you won’t regret it!

Beautiful Hotel a few minutes walk from Train Station. Great facilities- outdoor pool temperature was very pleasant. Nice restaurants onside- we had lunch & dinner there and both very good but is more expensive than restaurants in centre of Hue but still reasonable by European standards. We booked a driver through Get Your Guide who brought us to 3 of the main temples & Celestial Lady Pagoda afternoon we arrived. We bought a combo ticket at 1st temple which covered all the temples and Imperial City which we visited next morning via Grab taxi. Breakfast was excellent with great variety to suit everyone.We only stayed one night so didn't use all the Hotel facilities. Would highly recommend this Hotel
