That was a perfect stay with my family. Told our room was upgraded to a deluxe family room as my parents are 90 and 92. That was a great gesture and it was very much appreciated. We were very happy about everything such as the room, the staff, the swimming pool, sauna, spa, breakfast. We were so impressed with the high-rise infinity swimming pool. The view from the pool is fantastic. We definitely want to stay there again.

Very nice accomodation ! We were given an upgrade which resulted in the biggest hotelroom ever with two giant beds, two bathrooms ! Thank you staff ! The beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms too and everything was very clean ! The hotel is a bit away from the town center but you can easily get an uber or taxi. The staff was more than helpfull, we parked our car on the goverment parking next to the hotel where we got two tickets. Staff ran from the reception, when they saw us, to take care of them for us. The price of the room was really cheap. Breakfast was even included and very good as well, you can choose between four good options. Thanks !

The place was excellent. And during our stay, my girlfriend got hit by a car, and had to get stitches. The staff went above and beyond to help us out even after check out.

Excellent service and super friendly staff. Location of the hotel is perfect, which is less than 10 minutes walk from the train station. We very much enjoyed the rooftop outdoor pool. Will definitely visit again if we ever go back to Tainan.

The place was immaculate, very clean and well-equipped. Three shower places have worked their wonders for a large group. Board games and snack bars made the day for kids.
