awesome pool area, spacious rooms with charme, in general the hotel has a nice calm atmosphere - staff is absolutely awesome! on check out day we toom the night bus from Palenque to Merida which leaves at 10pm - we were allowed to use all hotel facilities until we left at 9pm. great service, thanks a lot

The place feels like a 5 star resort right in the middle of the jungle and next to the Palenque ruins. The rooms are big and the bathroom is fantastic. The staff is friendly and helpful. The swimming pool is nice and warm. Especially after a long day of traveling or visiting the Palenque ruins, it's nice to relax in the pool.
