Location is excellent and staff is outstanding. A special note of merit: I had a problem with a tour operator. The hotel’s handling of this problem was “simply” exemplary, as you would expect from a five-star hotel. Thank you

Great location. Room was also on a high floor with good view. Huge room with alot of space to keep luggage open while moving around the room. Breakfast was good too, I enjoyed it. Would've been better if the TV was a smart TV. Nonetheless, a great deal as I had booked early in advance and enjoyed a good rate for a 5 star hotel on my last night in Mongolia.
