Amazing counter staff who treats you like family. Four staff who go the extra mile. (1) a caring staff who knows I will arrive hotel slightly late and informs tour guide to wait for me. (2) a trusted and reliable staff who promise to find me 1/2 dirham coin and he delivers. (3) a staff who protects guests to warn taxi driver not to over charge fare. (4) a staff who goes all out just to make a reservation at Iloli for me.

    Everthing! The staff is so nice and helpful, the rooms are big, clean and have a safe. Bed is extremly comfortable. It was perfect and great value for money. However, if one expects European 5 stars conditions, then I would recommend them to stay at a renowed 5 star chain hotel like Hilton or Marriott and also to pay accordingly. One Hotel Casablanca was perfect for us.

    We made the reservation in the same day of our stay. They managed to upgrade us to an executive suite, which was a great (and unexpected) detail. Parking service was included, with no extra costs. All the staff was extremely friendly and eager to show us the details of their great hotel. Breakfast was very good also. Everything is new, built and decorated with taste and care. 5 stars!
