We had an incredible stay at Hotel Pacai in Vilnius. The staff made our experience truly unforgettable. Right from our arrival, their warm welcome and attentive service made us feel welcome. They went above and beyond to ensure all our needs were met, offering recommendations for local attractions and dining options that added a special touch to our visit. The location of Hotel Pacai couldn't have been better. Situated in the heart of Vilnius, we were able to explore the charming streets, historic sites, and vibrant culture with ease. Whether we were strolling through the Old Town or discovering hidden gems around every corner, the convenience of the hotel's central location made our stay even more enjoyable. We can't recommend Hotel Pacai enough for its exceptional staff and prime location. It truly enhanced our Vilnius experience, and we're already looking forward to our next visit.

One of the best hotels I have ever been! Excellent welcoming and care for the customers, great and luxurious rooms, excellent breakfast! A baroque style but not old, elegant and care for all the details! A 5 star hotel really deserved it! Definitely recommend it!

Perfect service, amazing breakfast, very nice interior and great location

Extremely pleased with this hotel. We stayed here for 4 nights, ending our road trip through the Baltic states, and it was a very comfortable experience. The hotel is very central, all the main attractions are nearby and others are within walking distance. There are also many restaurants in the vicinity and on the main road you can find various shops and a supermarket, Lidl, in case you need to restock on something during your trip. The hotel is now part of the Hilton group, we don’t know how it was before, but it runs very well. It’s modern whilst being classy, and clean. The staff was also very professional. There’s no easily accessible parking lot; you have to leave your keys at the reception and they’ll park it for you, and when you leave, you have to ask for them to bring your car. But the valet service worked well and it’s fast. Our room was very spacious and we enjoyed the bathroom with heated floor and both a bathtub and a shower. The balcony was also a plus. Breakfast buffet could be open till later, but the food choices were excellent. We didn’t try the restaurant for dinner neither the spa. Maybe next time! Highly recommended!
