Baglioni Sardinia is the epitome of 5-star service - from the moment we stepped off the transfer, we were treated with grace, friendliness and care. The staff's attention to detail and willingness to ensure that our stay was nothing short of spectacular is unmatched - we have stayed at many luxury resorts, and the closest we have come to this type of personal attention was at Diamonds Mequfi Beach Resort in Mozambique. There are many instances of care and kindness we can recall - including the celebration of my birthday, the care with our dietary requirements, the set-up of room service when we ordered a meal, the prompt response to requests, the suggestions of places to visit and having meals at, helping us to track down the full set of biscuit tins for our collection and helping us stay comfortable, especially when I was feeling ill. We have noted below the particular staff who we have interacted with most and who have made our trip memorable. Still, we recognise that service of this standard results from many excellent staff members who take pride in their work and are never seen by the guests. Room was great, breakfast too. Best thing, though, was location. Cervo Hotel was one of the first structures to be built in Porto Cervo and lies at the heart of Porto Cervo. Nice bonus was access to private beach via hotel boat.

Very private and calm place with a beautiful garden. Pretty scenery and amazing view. Evey detail in this hotel has been very well thought of and it feel like paradise on earth. The general manager and the whole staff are doing an amazing job and are very helpful with everything and attentive. I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel’s stunning architecture and elegant decor create an atmosphere of luxury and relaxation and attentive. My room was spacious and beautifully furnished. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the linens were of the highest quality. The breakfast buffet was particularly impressive, offering a wide variety of options to suit every taste and very local fresh things. I enjoyed a rejuvenating massage in the very calm garden next to the beautiful gym. Overall, my stay at the was perfect. The combination of luxurious accommodations, outstanding service, and excellent amenities made for an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a high-end, relaxing holiday.
