I had a very memorable and comfortable stay here at Tentrem Jakarta. It has the same standard as the other sites at Jogjakarta and Semarang, and the location is here is very convenient. Plenty facilities that can be accessed, including gym, swimming pool, spa, and kids club. The restaurants are varied with the local Indonesian, Chinese food, Italian food options available.

DoubleTree by Hilton Jakarta Bintaro Jaya has free bikes, outdoor swimming pool, a fitness centre and restaurant in Serpong.

Our 2nd stay at this hotel :) Great breakfast :) Spacious rooms (we had a suite with king-size bed and sofa on the 16th floor) with excellent bathroom (shower as well as bath). Towels, bathrobes, slippers provided; Perfect location - next to the shopping mall ;) Very friendly and helpful staff :)

Stayed here for 4 nights and really enjoyed it. The hotel is well located in the Sudirman district and on top of Ashta mall. The breakfast buffet is a great spread, the staff are attentive and remember you, and gym also has a lot of good facilities. The rooms are charming with a good view. Overall a great stay. Ps for those who do not know Sudirman has a car free day on Sunday mornings so cabs cannot come to the hotel. Would recommend getting a grab bike or walking out of the area before ordering a grab!

The world class service, everything was high end and luxurious. Especially I would love to mention that I was in a sad mood because I came to Jakarta for a GD concert but got scammed for the tickets and the hotel understood my situation, they provided me a lot of compliments, filled my bath, made me feel better, were so nice to me. They showed me that this hotel is worth coming back many times. The food tasted amazing, the staff was so lovely and took care of each detail, the room was spacious and the view was amazing.
