I really enjoyed the pool bar although it shut at 7 which was not so good. Nobody showed us how to indicate to housekeeping that the room was ready to be serviced . You had to do it on the phone I had no idea !! I can't stand the small milks, teas and coffee packets you get in rooms please put some better products and fresh milk in the fridge!! The Sunborn is a 5 star hotel so please address this . Overall it was lovely.Guest review bysallyFamily with young children

The reason I have knock a mark off my review for value for money is the penthouse is really expensive but if your happy to spoil yourself the I highly recommend treating yourself to this extra special room. Amazing. The service was great, the food in the restaurant was exceptional, I just couldn’t find a fault with the whole trip.Guest review byDavidYoung couple
