Room was cozy, beds comfortable, bathroom modern ans well-mantained. Breakfast very rich and big selection & good coffee :) in addition, upon my request they arranged box of chocolates & rose petals in the room & staff kept a secret of not telling this to my partner :) staff very friendly and professional. Definitely would come next time and tried also their spa.

Staff were professional and very friendly. Attention to detail was impressive and exceeded our expectations. The room was equipped with everything you could possibly need plus a 24 hour Pantry with complimentary snacks for those late night munchies ;). Would recommend this hotel without hesitation - fabulous!

I loved everything. Room exceeded my expectations - very clean and roomy. Staff were amazing - friendly, helpful and attentive. Location was great. I visited when storm Bert hit so limited as to what to do. Luckily I chose to stay at The Grand which made up for what I missed.

Host was a great communicator, very friendly & we were able to access early. Duck Lodge is cosy, comfortable & a delicious breakfast. Interesting old church nearby & lovely walks around the South Downs & the local pub with great food just a short walk away.
