Just open for 7 days we are very lucky to enjoy the brand new hotel! Everything is perfect! Room is big and comfortable. Swimming pool is so nice! Especially the juice and food are so delicious! We must thank Mr. Hady Mohamed for his excellent service and help us to make call with GoBus and confirm the pickup point!

Amazing food! A lot of all-inclusive resorts don’t have the best quality of food but Jaz Amara really had great food! Snorkeling at the beach is one of the best snorkeling places I’ve ever seen and it’s right in front of the hotel. Beautiful coral with amazing fish and you easily spot turtles and stingrays as well. I haven’t been able to see a dugong but they are also there. The service is great and the animation team is amazing. Every night top-notch entertainment, it was so much fun. The entire hotel is very clean as well. 0 complaints (and if you do, they fix it right away!)

The staff is what makes this place exceptional, their passion & attention to details are like no other. From Mr Ahmed the hotel manager to restaurants and room service staff, everyone is smiling and welcoming all the time! Mr Ahmed the manager is very professional & helpful. He was always available whenever we needed to make changes to our booking. Staff in main restaurant offered a top notch customer service, each time we walked into the restaurant, kids were greeted and offered special drinks. Also, I was amazed by how clean everything & everywhere was. Will definitely come back next time we visit Egypt. A vacation that we will remember with enthusiasm. Luxurious hotel, beautiful, clean. Everywhere helpful staff. Excellent food. The beach a few steps from the room. "Room boy" Mohamed very helpful and kind, every day he prepared for us an animal made of towels during cleaning. Waiters on the beach and in the restaurant (we communicated the most with Amed and Ibrahim) fantastic, we were sorry to say goodbye. On the beach several lifeguards, the hotel has its own clinic, we felt safe and were in magical comfort. We will definitely come back here.

I stayed at this hotel on my last night in Egypt before going to airport. I wanted to having a relaxing day at the hotel and I couldn't have chosen better! :) As a solo female traveller for the first time in Egypt, it felt great that the staff were so friendly and welcoming. The hotel has a great vibe for an all inclusive resort! Full of gardens with flowers and birds, walking around is a paradise! I have arrived to the hotel earlier and they did me a free room upgrade and let me check in immediatly! Also I has my flight was 9pm, it was great the hotel had the option for late check out! The beach was a 5min walk from the room, white sandy, very comfortable chairs and what a reef! I have booked this one due to the comments about its reef, and it is true! It is unbelievably beautiful! They have some hotel restaurant there and a diving centre. Also some activities take place throughout the day! The room was great, with a lovely balcony with see view, mattress was very comfy (and the hotel has a possibility to change the mattress if you are not happy with yours!) I really enjoyed the quiet pace, the kindness of the staff, and that they don't have people bothering you to sell stuff too often (tours, spa, etc). Also the hotel has a lot of sustainable measures in place, almost no plastic and strong policies to preserve their reef! Unfortunately, I only stayed 1 day, but I want to come back! It is a great place to relax and enjoy the sun! It does indeed feel like a home far from home!
