We were absolutely delighted with the property for our mini family reunion. Fabio was a great communicator and the property is first rate among our Italian experiences across the south of Italy. Attention to detail, lots of hard work, beautiful underground winery onsight and a pool that belongs on the front of magazines. Breakfast poolside every day with a good coffee machine was very nice. We liked being 15 miutes away from the bustle and tightness of Vieste's beautiful bone white lanes full of top shelf eateries but it's too much for large time slices. We went to the local beach for a nice meal one night which saved us the big town trip. Nice walking trails, amazing views, watch the kite and foil surfers, but mostly chill amongst the smiles of all the staff. We will put this property on our annual dance card.

Initially we were given a room in the old building, which while large and the ability to sleep 6, did not have windows and only a door opening onto an enclosed hot terrace......also the airconditioning wasn't effective. Maybe because we were only staying one night? To give them their due, the management found us a replacement room without any fuss in the new building...... a self-contained apartment at no extra cost. This was more than we expected. We had a very pleasant meal that evening in the restaurant and next morning an excellent breakfast.

The air conditioning works well and quietly.
