beautiful, elegant, quiet, and comfortable stay in an incredible fifteenth century property. surprisingly easy to regulate the temperature of the room. Sandra and her family are so gracious. thank you for your hospitality. it was delightful, and we are bringing Fontesettimena honey and olive oil to enjoy back in the UK. I’m still missing your charming dog and cute baby goat! hope to stay with you again. until next time.

A spectacularly beautiful place with a view of Tuscany hills. The hostess, Francesca, welcomed us with a smile and gave us the best recommendations. The rooms are new, modern, and beautiful. The breakfast was excellent, and there's free parking provided by the property. We will definitely be back

    It was a lovely remote farm house style in the countryside about 7km from Volterra. We ate dinner on site each evening and the food and wine was excellent. It was an ideal location to stay for the Andre Bocelli Concert which was 16 km away. You need a car if you want to stay here

    Traditional apartment on a farm stay in a beautiful location at the end of a small winding road down from Volterra center. Clear instructions on how to reach the accommodation were send to us in advance (do not use google maps).
