Staff is just brilliant, especially at breakfast (thanks a lot Ron!!). Food was of good quality and variety, room was very quiet, not much (to none) waiting time for elevators (we were at 27th floor). Location is perfect. Clearly a place to come back whenever going to NYC.

Guests can enjoy proximity to Madison Square Park. Great room, one of the best stays of my life. My room had a great terrace with a view of the Empire State Building. Super staff, big room, everything inside. No noise from the outside. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Staff were Amazing!!! Location was the best and the 2nd floor lounge with breakfast was also a really nice touch. Will be back when we return to NYC

Big windows, wonderful to be able to play music with the Bluetooth sound system!
