Lovely, peaceful & quiet setting, beautiful pool, friendly staff and good location. The free bikes were a bonus to explore the area. We loved to bike through the authentic, little villages behind the resort and had a good lunch at Grandma"s restaurant. Highly recommended and would love to come back :)

The place is magnificent with the bungalows, the park and the swimming pool. The bungalows are large, very well appointed and everything is very clean. The beds are protected with mosquito nets. The staff is extremely welcoming and helpful. They welcomed me by explaining the temples to visit and lent me a bicycle. They also organized transport to Chiang Mai and allowed me to enjoy the swimming pool and a shower before leaving. Excellent stay!!

This Resort is a bit out of the way (2km) from the city center of Old Sukothai. The "city" in the name is more oriented towards the temples as they are spread all around the resort. Being a bit outside will reward you with an amazing garden, some ponds and a lot of quiet and charme. The owner is such a nice lady who will never ever let you go hungry with her very big and very yummy and ever changing breakfast. There is loads of water free of charge too. We were shown some of the fruit of the garden. You can rent bikes for 50Baht which are quite solid (mine was a very modern mountainbike). With those you become completely independent to visit the temples and the city for food. The main road is about 2.5-3km away which is a relaxing 10-15min bike ride. The city itself seems a bit sleepy, most things close down at 8-9 oclock. Our room was very nice with a gigantic bed, a balcony, a pleasantly quiet A.C. and an amazing view to the ponds right from the bed. In the fridge you can store some yummy fruits or the leftovers from breakfast. We would stay here again in a heartbeat and are very happy we decided to venture a bit outside the old new city walls.

After 18.00 there is a small local night market with food.

We arrived later than expected due to a delayed bus, but communication with the hosts was perfect—they picked us up at the bus stop. The location is a bit outside of town, but free bikes are available, and we had a great day exploring the park. The beds are a bit firm, as mentioned by other guests. but after a wonderful massage in the on-site massage room, we slept as peacefully as the night itself. Great breakfast and warm hosts.

Very warm welcome with great recommendations for activities during the stay. The breakfast was wonderful and included numerous homemade local dishes. The location on the quiet side of the historical park offered a great view of the surroundings.

The staff were very kind and helpful, the breakfast is acually by order and it was delicious, the room is clean and cozy.

EZ House terletak di Sukhothai, 12km dari Taman Bersejarah Sukothai. This place is a fantastic value. The room was clean and the maids came everyday while I was gone to give the room a spot check. Being a family run place there was always someone around to help. I did and will stay here again.

I like everything there, start from welcome drink and fruits. it's so wonderful, fresh orange juice and beautiful fruits. The rooms are wonderful. All of us like it. The hotel located beside the Yom River. Across the river you can visit the ancient temples which is so beautiful.
