The service was above and beyond. For example, I called room service, but got no answer. So, I called the front desk to see what was up and within 2 minutes there was a knock on my door. The front desk clerk and the maitre d both showed up and took my order personally. Now that is the definition of service.

I would say that this is probably one of two best hotels in Asunción. The restaurant serves a well prepared and reasonably priced food of great variety. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff speaks fluent English, is pleasant and professional.

Hotel located close to Asuncion centre but after entering you feel like far far away from the City- there is a very large, quiet, well maintained garden, nice pool and the building itself is an example of pearl of architecture. Personnel was very kind, competent and helpful, breakfast fresh and varied. I definetely recommend this hotel to everyone visiting Asuncion.
