White Heron Motor Lodge is just 2 minutes' drive from the centre of Gisborne and 7 minutes' drive from the beach and the airport. Room was clean, bed comfy, shower and spa very nice. And the lady at reception was very friendly. This is how all accommodations should be.

Loved how cozy and private this studio is. The shower was amazing and grateful for the towel warmer being on when I got there, and all the basics were there that you needed. The bed was so comfortable I could melt into it, and I'm grateful they supplied tea, coffee, and milo as I forgot mine 😅 The host was active when messaging for any queries I had and was very polite. I enjoyed my peace and quiet. Thank you.
