Jo and Marcel were amazing hosts! So helpful and friendly. The location is amazing with an unbeatable view. Would definitely come back again.

Offering quality accommodation, this 4.5-star property is nestled between Paihia and Waitangi on Te Ti Bay. We stayed for one night and were very happy with our choice. The motel was very quiet, which allowed us to get a restful night's sleep. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the bed was very comfortable. It was a great option for a peaceful and comfortable stay.

Just 10 minutes' walk from the Kerikeri River and set amongst gardens, the peaceful Colonial House Motel boasts free unlimited WiFi, Netflix and 50+ TV channels and a saltwater pool. Wonderful hosts who were friendly and accommodating (we were grateful for the opportunity to store our luggage for several hours before and after our stay so that we could sightsee.) Spotlessly clean unit with great amenities and comfortable beds. Quiet surroundings and pretty garden setting. We appreciated the breakfast with coffee/tea, juice, toast/spreads, cereal, yoghurt, and fruit. Excellent location near the Kerikeri Stone Store and Kemp House and within walking distance of lovely restaurants and cafes.

Located in Kerikeri, this property is only 200 metres from the town centre. Guests have access to free WiFi and free private parking. Large comfortable studio in a central location but tucked away among the trees so you feel like you are in the rainforest. Bill and the team were lovely and welcoming - will definitely be coming back next time!
