Jeanette is so kind and helpful- we arrived just minutes before 3 and expected to follow the self-check in instructions (which were very clear) but she was just closing up and kindly stayed an extra 15 -20 minutes to not only check us in but also give us many recommendations. We chose the room with the garden as we were 3 and it was amazing. we are keeping this on our list to come back to!! candies in the reception area, lots of tea and coffee and biscuits all day, and breakfast- while we did not participate as we left early- smelled amazing the next morning. the history of the place is so interesting…cannot say enough to describe how special this place is!
