Thé location was amazing, the water was calm, no wind like the other side of the island. The farm animals were a great perk . The owner and staff were so welcoming. The sunset with volcano views, near the entrance to the river for kayaking. Beside a happening bar. Mango beach is great too. The toilets and showers were very clean. A magical paradise. The hut was perfectly cute right on the water front.

We stayed one night, got an upgrade to a bigger room with AC, and really liked it. Breakfast is excellent and the owner is the nicest person ever!

Lovely accomodation with the best shared kitchen of our trip so far. Staff were very friendly/helpful. Location is about a 30 min walk to the surf spot so would be worth considering a motorbike rental.

Terletak di Moyogalpa, Rancho Tranquillo menawarkan penginapan tepi pantai 34km dari Gunung Berapi Maderas dan menyediakan pelbagai kemudahan, seperti taman dan teres. They were such a lovely and friendly couple. They helped me with information about the island and got a really good lunch for the hike and an excelent breakfast. Totally worth staying here.

It’s the perfect place if you are looking for some laid back, chill vibes where you can rest. The space is really open, in top of a hill with a nice view. The kitchen and the bathroom were super clean. Only 10 min from the beach by walk. :)

Great pool area, quiet location, clean room and grounds, tropical feel amongst the gardens, open airy cafe area. 10-15min walk to town or catch a tut tut at an affordable price.

Very nice cabin, directly next to the water! good temperature due to the wind from the lake. Very Kind owner. There were good restaurants in the area and a cozy vibe. Even though it was a cabin with open window (no glass) we actually only saw a few small insects inside if any! It was clean and nice. Of course you come here for a different experience than a 5-star hotel, and that you get! We can really recommend it!!! It’s very special to stay here😃 Everything was as it should be and we would come again!
