Breakfast was big and delicious, and the rooms were spacious and very nice. Good location as well, and great dinner recommendations.

Ahmed, Abdul were really friendly, cooperative and super helpful. The room was clean, and was serviced everyday. We also got support from Ahmed when we needed some suggestions for visiting Medina and the services such as pick up, drop off to airport and breakfast were really punctual and were of great value. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is considering to visit Fes.

The room was beautifully decorated in traditional Moroccan style, very clean, and extremely comfortable. We felt a real sense of calm and relaxation as soon as we arrived. The breakfast was fresh and delicious every morning, with a generous variety of options. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a warm smile. The riad itself is charming and well-maintained, with a lovely terrace where we enjoyed peaceful moments during the day and evening. It’s the perfect place to experience the beauty of fez while feeling at home. We truly recommend Riad shauala and would love to return on our next visit!”

The location and overall experience exceeded our expectations—but what truly made it stand out was the hospitality of the owner. We were treated like family. Even though we were in another country, the warmth and kindness we received gave us a genuine sense of home.
