Located 2 km from Katapola Port, the traditionally built Skopelitis Village offers elegantly decorated units with a terrace overlooking the sea. Great view over the bay. Andreas was a great host and very helpful with information about beaches, tavernas and scenic roads and walks. Breakfast is great with different, home made cakes every day. Even the yoghurt is home made and very excellent. The rooms are modern and ours had coffee machine with capsules, water boiler and a little kitchen. We had a perfect stay. Also spacious parking area is provided.

Angela is a wonderful hostess, always available to your every need. The location is terrific. Beautiful sunset views from our front porch. We sat a bit back from the road but we're so close to the action. Small walking distance to the ferry port, a beach, amazing restaurants and grocery stores. Parking right at the entrance of the room. We had many cat and chicken friends visiting daily. We highly recommend this hotel. The rooms are very functional. Large shower. Perfect for a couple.

Just 150 metres from Katapola Beach, the Cycladic-style St.George Valsamitis offers air-conditioned rooms with views to the Aegean Sea or the surrounding mountains in Xilokeratidi settlement. Staying at St. George Valsamitis in Amorgos was great! The facilities are clean, quiet and tidy. Furthermore, the staff were friendly. There are many restaurants and stores around it. From there, you can visit many beaches and enjoy the culinary. The sunset is amazing at Katapola Beach! Thank you!

Overlooking Aegiali’s sandy beach, Hotel Vigla is located in the traditional village of Tholaria. The staff set this hotel aside. Part of the reason we always return to the Greek Islands is the hospitality but the staff at Vigla have taken that to the next level. Nothing was ever a problem, everything was done with the utmost professionalism all while maintaining a friendly, family feeling. I would recommend this place to anyone and guarantee it will make your holiday better. Huge thanks to all the staff looking after us. That includes picking us up at the Aegali port , looking after us at breakfast each morning, booking us a hire car at very short notice, right to our 5am transfer to Katapola for the early ferry. (We were even given a take-away breakfast the night before to keep us going.) I can't fault any part of our stay. The food is great, the bar is great, the hotel should be on your list!

View, felt like home away from home, space, terrace, washing machine, size of the fridge, location, nature, scenery, donkeys, cats, hosts were so lovely, and kind left us home grown tomatoes and brought us fresh oregano and homemade treats, so wonderful. Anton was wonderful to deal with from the start, very helpful. Loved the couches, dining table, kitchen, Frappe maker - loved everything
