The staff were very attentive, especially the ladies at the reception, they resolved the noise issues we were having with our neighbors next door in a very promptly manner. We are highly appreciative of this and if we will return to Ayia Napa, we will stay here again.

Located 100 metres from Grecian Beach, Napa Mermaid provides fine dining and boutique rooms overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. It features 2 pools, a health club with hot tub and a 24-hour reception. The staff were amazing, always available and kind. The hotel and the pool with the view to the sea are beautiful. Clean rooms and in general quiet and calm hotel. As for Shabbat- they are aware of the needs and gave me a regular key, no automatic lights unless you put the key card in, and there is a non automatic door just ask the reception. Thank you, definitely coming back!

Nice apartment, I had the bottom floor with a terrace, but the fence was high enough that it did feel like a private space so I felt comfortable chilling there drinking coffee. Apartment had everything you would need, including plates, cutlery, cooking utensils, towels, really comfortable space. Location was great, easy to walk to anywhere you'd want to in Napa. Parking available as well. Host was really helpful.
