Central location, clear instructions to find the accommodation, I could check in at a later time thanks to a modern system of electronic locks. The host was responsive and polite, I had absolutely everything I needed - a smartly designed and newly renovated room, a rooftop with views, seating and a water dispenser + luggage storage in the yard are a big plus. I won't miss the chance to stay there again whenever I come to this area.

Situated 200 metres from Finikoudes Promenade in the centre of Larnaca, Qbic City Hotel features a restaurant and free WiFi throughout the property. Foinikoudes beach can be reached in 3-minutes on foot. Very clean, very comfortable bed. Mattress from one piece, not 2x single beds. Good location, not beachfront but at ~2 min walking distance. Welcome soft drink. The ongoing roadworks were actually an advantage rather than a handicap because there was no car traffic and no noise.
