Both check-in and check-out were professionally handled and easy. The room was beyond comfortable, spotless and spacious, with elegant décor. Breakfast was a feast, with a wide variety of delicious options. Great restaurants and train station within walking distance. Ability to store your luggage after check-out. Spacious rooms, just in front of the train station, comfort, views, bathroom, one of the best best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Staffs are amazing, breakfast is perfect, location! The only hotel to stay at whenever in Locarno.

The location was perfect in the city center, also the parking and the access to hotel was so convenient!!! The breakfast absolutely excellent!!!! And of course the room was perfectly cleaned!!! Really it’s worth 10/10!!!!

This is a brand-new, very stylish hotel. I loved it! The rooms are comfortable and exciting. All staff members are helpful and very pleasant. We enjoyed chatting with them very much, but they were also very efficient at their work and made sure everything was running smoothly. Besides all the other delicacies they offer for breakfast, fresh bread is also something to remember. I also loved the cow farm that this high-end hotel restaurant window overlooks—it seemed exciting to us. We got a free Ticino card at the reception, including free public transportation and discounts at some Locarno city attractions, a nice bonus.

I never got the woman’s name who checked us in and took care of us for our entire stay, but she really was the best. We checked in on 21/8 for 2 nights. We had a delicious meal at the restaurant downstairs. Beds were comfy. Everything was sparkling clean. The views - unbelievable. We booked this last minute and weren’t very prepared for the mountains - she even offered her own clothes when we said we wanted to go hiking 🥹 Another gentleman brought us delicious prosciutto and melon to start our dinner the 2nd night. This stay was a 100/10 and we already want to return - better prepared ;-) Thank you for everything.
