Everything, the location was great. All our requirements were met, from packaging of breakfast, to calling us when it ready and ensuring our dinner is also taken care off and packaged for us for when we come back. Michelle and Rhulani plus the older lady and their boss were very excellent.they are very friendly and went above call of duty to accommodate our crazy schedules. A real bush location, 30+ kms from lephalale along dirt roads. Great staff, Marty is so nice, friendly and has taken care of the lions/leopards/ tiger / hyenas since they were born. So informative and genuinely interesting. Spacious room, comfortable, Good wifi, Netflix, nice breakfast, see lions from room.:)

I love the fact that this hotel has a restaurant in the same premises and ocean busket and there is room service. And the location is near every essential need places. There is a lady by the name of Pontsho at reception oh wow may God bless her beautiful heart and patience. She made our stay so 5* and pleasant she is amazing we would come just for her service and also a women by the name of Idah she makes breakfast she's more of a mom and she is a very good cook and friendly.
