We absolutely loved our stay in the cozy Orchard Suite and the fabulous wine tasting hosted by Lola. Lola and her family are so welcoming and made us feel at home. Mitres Edge is a fantastic wine farm with some of the most phenomenal wine in SA. We also loved all their beautiful dogs and will definitely be making a return visit when we back in the area. Thank you Lola!

Beautiful property. Friendly and helpful staff. Tastefully decorated and comfortable rooms. The room's bathroom had heated flooring, a nice touch especially since we stayed here during the winter months. Our room was equipped with a massive TV with free streaming services. Delicious breakfast included (you can order off the breakfast menu up to R190 per person). The on-site restaurant is tastefully decorated as well.

Wine was really good, take a round of testing (if it is not included in your stay), you won't regret. We took several bottles with us. You will also have some wine in your room to try (payed additionally). You'll have some space to walk around the old winery, very interesting. Also there is a trail starting right close to the estate, ask personnel about details. Room was really stylish (never seen a sofa in bathroom, haha), loved it.
