We were welcomed and settled in by the kind, friendly and hospitable hostess. The accommodation is also centrally located. Breakfast was superb. Would definitely stay there again. Akkerdam B&B is highly recommended.

excellent Breakfast made to your liking, good tips for local meals and very nice host couple. Beautiful historical building with nice ambience, we would gladly have stayed for more days, to explore the local area if we have had the time.

An amazing property on the outskirts of Calvinia in the hantam karoo. Spotlessly clean, beautiful white towels , and spacious. X2 bbq (braai) indoor and outdoor . Well equipped kitchen and great veranda (stoop) for relaxing , views of the hills and mountains , peaceful . Farm eggs were also provided which was a bonus. Karen was very friendly when checking in and there is a high level of security at the property. Great WiFi also
