The staffs went above and beyond to ensure our stay comfortable and convenient. They gave us great local recommendations from their own local preference. Room was clean, bright with lots of sunlight, much much better than lots of other hotels around. The staffs even offered to go to pharmacy for me when I was sick. When you're checking in, they grabbed a chair and explained literally everything about Hoi an, you'll get coffee etc. Something I've never experienced before when checking in a hostel. Besides that the people are so nice, try everything to make your stay the best. Big shout out to the owner as well who's taking care of everyone's happiness and safety! Bed were insane comfortable!!
