That was the best hotel on our 4 week trip to Vietnam. Everything was clean and comfortable, the pool was great and the staff was exceptionally forthcoming and kind. The breakfast buffet was the best we had in Vietnam with a wide variety of both western and vietnamese dishes to choose from.

Despite arriving early, the staff graciously accommodated us, allowing us to store our luggage and enjoy the sumptuous breakfast buffet while our room was prepared. Throughout our stay, the staff exemplified kindness, politeness, and attentiveness, ensuring every need was met. Our room was spacious, impeccably clean, and well-maintained, with daily room service replenishing essentials and restocking the mini-bar. Despite non-soundproof walls, the serene atmosphere of the retreat remained undisturbed, thanks to its secluded location away from busy streets. Transportation to the city or beach was convenient with regular shuttle services, bike rentals, and the option for faster travel via third-party motorcycle rentals or ride-hailing services. The breakfast buffet offered a diverse selection of local and international dishes, complemented by freshly prepared meals by a skilled chef. Lunch and dinner, featuring exquisite Vietnamese cuisine, further delighted our taste buds. The retreat's commitment to cleanliness and pristine surroundings was evident throughout our stay, truly making it a slice of heaven on earth.

One of the best stays in our travel history! The hotel owners were incredibly helpful, making us feel comfortable and safe throughout our visit. We stayed here with two babies, and it was really convenient. I will definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to my family and friends. The location is also fantastic!

Hotel and room was clean! Bed was comfortable, breakfast was yum. The owner and staff were so friendly and helpful, it made our stay even better! Definitly would recommend staying here. They have free bikes. Old town Hoi an is only a 5min bike ride away. Loved my stay and would happily come back!
