The owners are amazing people. This is such a comfortable home stay! Clean and new! You have your own space and it feels like a small hotel. The rooms also open onto the relaxing koi pond and shared kitchen space. The bathroom is very clean, fresh and comfortable which is rare for a home stay and especially at this price point! It is a little bit out of Hanoi but it’s nice and quiet and easy to get into the old quarter by car, plus the town around had everything you need with restaurants, shops etc. I will be booking this room every time I visit.

Thuân was so kind and nice and the staff were very nice and helpful. The place was exactly what I needed before a flight, they were available every hour, they gave free taxi from the airport and back to the airport, and made a home made breakfast. Very recommended if you need to stay a night need the airport

We enjoyed our stay a lot. The location is nice in front of the lake with cafes and supermarkets at a walking distance. The staff and more particularly Celina and Ariel were amazing trying to do whatever is possible to accommodate us. The room was quite spacious and the air condition was working very well. The hotel also offers a coffee of your choice in the morning for free at the reception, truly a refreshing way to start our day. We would recommend this place to anyone when visiting Hanoi.

The first thing I want to highlight and commend is the cleanliness of the room. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job. Okay, let me be real. This was the best accommodation we’ve stayed in throughout South East Asia while travelling for 6 months. We were greeted by the security guard helping us open our car door and getting our bags. He helped us open the door and make sure we had everything and were feeling safe. We then met some of the workers called Flower and Nicolas. They were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and funny. They told us all the information we needed to know and we even got some welcoming tea on arrival while we waited 10 minutes for the room (because we came early). Actually, every time we came down to wait for a Grab at reception they brought a delicious cold Vietnamese tea, it was so kind. The room was amazing it had a portable projector with Netflix, the bed was comfortable and big, the bath was so nice we actually used it every night, the shower was fantastic, room service was amazing, and they even have laundry service. They serve delicious beef burgers and fries and offer a lot of discount vouchers upon arrival for the restaurant and bar. To be honest, the best thing for me was the security guard. I watched how he worked, and he puts 100% effort into his job. He is always walking around and watching his surroundings, helping open doors for people with a kind hello, opening and shutting doors of the car for you, his aura is very trusting and warm.
