Everything was perfect !! The breakfast was amazing, it keeps you full for the whole day, the receptionist was so kind and gave us useful advice everytime we needed an enquiry, besides the smile and polite greeting everytime we entered the hotel was too sweet. The suite is beautiful, with everything needed from the washing machine to a good bed, and it was pretty big, the location iw top notch super close to forum and obviously to all the restaurants and shops, the minibus takes u straight to meydan to almost anywhere in trabzon. All in all my husband and i had a wonderful time !!

Size, Location, Cleanliness, facilities, everything was perfect. The reception is great and available all the time. Amr and the rest of the team have been friendly and helpful. We arrived after midnight and requested baby crip, they immediately provided it. Breakfast was served in Chakra restaurant and it was a great turkish breakfast.

I really enjoyed drinking my coffee on the balcony, which has a wonderful view towards the Black Sea. All the staff are friendly and cooperative. The suites are very clean, and the breakfast is very nice. I strongly recommend it especially, for families.
