Location is just perfect to stay in the very center. Rooms are clean and comfortable with all you need for a pleasant stay. Breakfast is delicious. In general it is reasonable choice for the value . Very nice staff on reception and in restaurant! Very high level of hospitality!

I was met by a very nice girl at the front desk. She was more than helpful every time I came up to her to ask a question even if it was a silly one. The apartment was biger then I expect and it was very clean. The mini-fridge was filled. The food in the restaurant was great and all the personnel knew English very well which helped beacose the menu was in Serbian. They have a great cheesecake btw. Allot of grocery stores, kiosks and fast food places in walking distance which was a major plus. All in all I loved my experience in such a beautiful city in such a great apartment even if I got to be in it just for a couple of days. Would definitely visit Serbia again in the nearest future and without a doubt I'll be staying at this place. Ones again Thank you to the girl at the front desk,she was amazing a great help and you could see she has a very kind soul. I wish her all the best.

The room was very spacious with new furnishings and tasteful modern design, made us feel very comfortable. And we had a personalised note left in the room along with some fresh fruits which was a very polite welcome. The staff were great, especially the lady in the evening shift at the reception was very kind, knowledgable and most helpful, she really cared about the guests. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch her name but she was good looking and tall!

First of all, the location is perfect. Right at the centre of the city, I could easily walk to the fruit market on the corner, shops, stores, and lots of wonderful restaurants that served the most tasty meals. My favourite spot is the Dva Jelena, a 192-year-old restaurant where I was serenaded with delicious food and live music from 3 elderly men. Their singing and playing were heavenly, and I recommend this spot to every visitor. Not to forget, the lady at the reception, Zorica, is an angel. She reached out to me on WhatsApp before I arrived and made sure I was fully briefed on what to expect on arrival and how to navigate my way from the airport to the hotel. Zorica was so sweet and professional, and she kept that positive smile on her face the whole time. I was well received, and I must say the customer service is top-notch. Housekeeping was done every day, and the lady who cleaned was very friendly, respectful, and polite. She greeted me every single time with a smile on her face, and she was very professional and smart with her work. The room has a good solid bed and a working cooling/heating air conditioning system, a good bathroom with a shower for both hot and cold water, and a wonderful minibar with drinks, snacks, a coffee machine, a kettle, etc and a very good wifi internet system. I particularly loved the lighting system, which had a unique blend of different colours of lights, and it gave a very cosy feeling, especially on the dining table. I will come back again.

Excellent hotel in all ways: the facilities, the service, the food (super breakfast). Everything seemed brand new and clean. Very helpful and friendly staff. The location on Belgrade's main walking street couldn't be better; still, our room was dead quiet at night. We very much enjoyed our stay.
