As your checking in the take your breakfast order which is cooked just for you at your choice of time. Fabulous. The heated bathroom floors are wonderful on a winter night . What a beautiful, relaxing place to stay - wonderfully rustic and the food, cooked by Violeta, was amazing and so much of it. We had dinner and although we weren’t 100% sure of what we ate when (!) it was all delicious 😋 We also tried some of the local wines. Zarco gave us a tour of the wine cellar which is worth seeing - 200 years old and the most ginormous wine barrel! There are some very pretty walks from the property leading to spectacular look outs over the gorge. We were also welcomed with a small carafe of the local brandy - definitely warms your heart on a cold day! Violeta and Zarco - Good luck with the Wedding and in making your ideas for your property come to fruition! Sorry we couldn’t stay longer….
