Couldn't fault the service or the quality of my stay. The manager Kim and his staff were friendly and Kim went out of his way to make sure I was as comfortable as could be. He offered me an upgrade to a larger more comfortable room after I'd missed my connecting flight and he could see I was somewhat distressed. Kim's English is excellent. The room was amazing. The bed extremely comfortable and the bed linens and goose down pillows and duvet were of the highest quality. Kim took time to demonstrate how everything worked. He has had the hotel fitted out with some of the latest up to date electrical and technology fittings. The interior decor was wonderful. Breakfast was very nice with a big variety of options. Kim was able to provide me with a shuttle service to the airport ( which is extremely close) the next morning to ensure I had plenty of time to catch my flight. He even printed maps of the terminals so I couldn't get lost. All up, a 💯% quality stay in this brand new hotel. Pricing was very reasonable.

The apartment is cozy and well equipped. It has everything you need for a short or long stay. It has a washing machine, a dishwasher, the kitchen has really everything-cups, glasses, a kettle, even coffee and tea. The host was kind and helpful. The location is right next to the highway and a 10 mins drive from the airport.

The customer service is great, speak English well, I booked for my mother for one night before her flight back to Australia, they have a shuttle to the airport which was great, also my mother didn’t have the correct charger for the power point to charge her phone, the staff helped her charge her phone, we are very happy with the staff & the lovely hotel, will be recommending this hotel to all family & friends. The room was really lovely, having a bath was excellent, the little touches like shaving and toothbrush packs were lovely. I forgot to order a special pillow but that is a really lovely touch. The spa was great, I had a really excellent massage there and very convenient that it can be charged to the room The money exchange machine in the lobby was also really handy Bus stop exactly outside makes travel to and from the city very easy
