Beautiful location. Every detail has been treated with great taste, from the stone buildings to the wooden interiors, the common area on the apartments and the great breakfast with amazing views to the Douro. The 2 swimming pools with the views were lovely. We wish we could have stayed longer and try the restaurant, as it was also looking very nice!

Beautiful room, beautiful pool, beautiful breakfast. We only stayed for the night. (had a wedding in town) But if I knew I would have booked a longer stay. Very nice location.

We liked being in the beautiful town of Penafiel to visit our relatives. I liked the hotel, pool and staff. It was interesting that different football teams came to stay. Being from the UK it was good that we had parking available too.
