In this Quinta it feels better than in some very luxury hotels Everything in the room was brand new, very clean, well organised And the most important - people working at the Quinta were amazingly welcoming and attentive to all the requests. We couldn't have been happier with our stay. Susana and Tomás were incredibly warm, welcoming and friendly, they made our stay as comfortable as it could possibly be. The property itself is brand new and gorgeous, and the surrounding area of Gerês and beyond was just amazing to visit and explore. Very highly recommended.

We loved it! The hosts--a family of three--were attentive to our every desire. Fresh baked bread and pastry began the day along with an extraordinary selection of cheeses, meats, local jams and honey, fruit, cereals, yogurts, eggs, and more. The day ended with equally impressive dinner prepared on the premises with fresh salad, smashed potatoes, stir fried julienne vegetable, chicken stew, and more. The grounds were inviting and quiet. Also served outstanding local wine and excellent small batch craft beer.

Great location, recently renewed, and very friendly hosts. There's a good river beach 10min walking, and the swimming pool is pleasantly warm during summer. If you are on a workation, the included wifi works great.
